Shipping / Returns / FAQ

All Sales are final unless the customer can point to one of the following items as being the reason they are requesting a return or exchange:

1. That CompressionSupportStore made one of the following errors:

 

A. The wrong item was shipped to the customer.
B. The wrong color or size of a particular item was shipped to the customer.

If either of these is the case and the original packaging is not opened, then the customer can return or exchange the package. Should the customer need to ship the product back for one of the aforementioned reasons, a Return Authorization Number (RA#) must be obtained. Packages without an RA# will be refused delivery.

The customer is responsible for shipping the product back. A copy of the shipping receipt must be sent along with the returned product to recieve reimbursement for return shipping costs. We will credit the customer via the method in which they paid for the product originally (ie. credit card gets a credit card refund). Refunds will only occur once CompressionSupportStore has received and inspected the item(s) to ensure that they have not been removed from the original packaging. Once the origional packaging has been opened we assume that the customer has deemed the product(s) satisfactory and we will no longer accept the return or exchange of the item.

 

  • RETURNS OR EXCHANGES THAT ARE NOT AN ERROR OF CompressionSupportStore ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RESTOCKING FEE AND NEW SHIPPING CHARGES. In these instances return shipping will not be reimbursed.


Due to these restrictions please make sure you are familiar with Truform products before ordering (if you have any questions prior to ordering a product, it is best to consult your physician or certified fitting specialist). We are not at fault for customer ordering errors or mistakes regarding size, color, or any other online errors. (please see the manufacturer's size charts if you need guidence regarding fit). As we strive to provide our customers with the absolute lowest cost on Truform Compression Stockings, Truform Socks, Truform Hosiery, and the complete line of Truform compression support products, we are unable to accept claims for return/exchanges that are not made within 4 days of receiving your order. Please be assured all products are brand new, up to date, and factory sealed.

*Please allow 24 to 48 hours to process orders prior to shipping.

**Free shipping applies to customers located in the continental United States

*Standard Shipping is processed through UPS. (Orders typically arrive within 4-6 Business Days). In the rare case of exchange orders customers are responsible for all new shipping charges.

***The CompressionSupportStore.com is an independent dealer of Truform Stockings and Truform compression products, which are manufactured by SAIbrands, the parent company of Truform Compression Stockings. Occasionally when orders are placed we will have SAIbrands send the order out direct to our customer. We appreciate your business, but must note that there are certainly conveniences and drawbacks to ordering online, particularly for our customers who are not able to see the product firsthand, leading to challenges in obtaining the correct size. Buying online enables customers convenience and competitive price, but unfortunately hinders the ability to interact with customers and process requests like phone calls, returns, and exchanges. Please keep these shortcomings in mind when ordering, as we are an independent online dealer, and are limited in our abilities beyond delivering you products conveniently at a competitive price. Please note all sales are final.
